Studied how modern music producers actually work — fast, intuitive, AI-assisted. The existing Addictive Keys interface forced too much time scrolling through presets. We needed to match the creative flow, not interrupt it.
Proposed an AI-based sound recommendation engine that learns from user behavior and suggests relevant presets. Combined with simplified navigation and visual categorization for faster creative exploration.
Created a refreshed UI that balanced skeuomorphic warmth with clean, flat design sensibility. The concept received strong positive feedback from XLN Audio — acknowledged as innovative and aligned with where creative tools are heading.
