Small business owners in Sweden were managing cash flow through spreadsheets, accountants, or not at all. Swedbank had the data but no good way to surface it meaningfully. We needed to create something that felt native to the banking experience.
Designed Företagskollen as a native-feeling feature inside Swedbank's digital banking platform. The tool pulls real transactions and bank balances, sorts and categorizes them, and generates a forward-looking cash flow forecast — visualized so any business owner can understand at a glance.
Successfully rolled out to 400,000+ Swedbank SME customers, backed by a major marketing campaign. Became a standalone product beyond Swedbank's platform — now reaching additional users and expanding toward mobile.
