Qasa's Find Tenant flow had significant friction: landlords struggled to understand how to reach the right tenants, image uploads were clunky, and CSAT scores reflected the frustration. The matching flow needed a full redesign that could scale across markets.
Built high-fidelity, brand-consistent prototypes using AI-enhanced design tooling. Introduced full-journey mapping for both landlords and tenants. Redesigned flows and patterns from scratch to work across the full product. Also built a custom Lovable prototyping tool using Qasa's design system — now a permanent tool in their product toolbox.
Increased adoption of the Find Tenant tool. Improved CSAT scores from landlords (avg. 2.6 → higher). Positive user feedback on image upload improvements and profile clarity. The Lovable prototype tool is now used by the team for shaping new product bets.
CSAT scores from landlords highlighted pain points in listing creation and tenant discovery. I ran heuristic audits of the existing flows and benchmarked competitors across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. We identified a clear gap: landlords had no intuitive way to evaluate tenant quality, and tenants couldn't signal their fit effectively.
Led workshops and rapid ideation sessions using AI to explore edge cases and accelerate iterations. Built AI-usable design system components in Figma to speed up prototyping. Used AI to run through 20+ variations of key flows in the time it would normally take to design 3.
Built a custom prototyping tool for Qasa using Lovable and their design system components. This enabled non-designers and PMs to generate realistic UI explorations for new product bets, without needing a designer present. The tool is now a permanent part of their workflow for validating ideas before committing to full design sprints.
Daniel stepped in and filled a pair of vacant design-shoes at Qasa during the summer of 2025. As the versatile designer he is - he covered our needs by always delivering multiple alternatives of the UX/UI challenges. Five out of five LinkedIn-stars on Daniel!
